Background Information
Jim Hargrove is a published song writer and worship leader, with a gifting for teaching. He is a singer and instrumentalist, but his real love is to involve as many people as possible, because every person in the congregation can make a meaningful contribution to praise and worship.

Jim is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. He surrendered to the call of the music ministry at age 17, and began his preparation by attending the University of Montevallo, where he graduated with honors. He received his Master of Church Music from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1971.
Jim has ministered in many different settings over the years. He has been a clinician, speaker, adjudicator, director, and instrumentalist at various music, youth, and worship conferences. He has been a worship leader, using choirs, worship teams, instrumental ensembles, dancers, and many other expressions of praise and worship.
In recent years, Jim has been traveling throughout the country, helping Messianic congregations learn the rich worship heritage available to them. He has also been teaching churches of all denominations about the Jewish roots of their faith and how we all should be working together as believers in Adonai.
